Copyright and use of content

The texts, photographs, videos, artwork, the Film Medal design and the film's title and logo on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Lahaye Digital Solutions Post SRL or to their respective owners.

Archival photographs and documents belong to the people, families and institutions that hold them, and are shown with their permission or for historical purposes, with credit given where it is known.

You are welcome to share links to the site and to quote short excerpts with credit. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use of its content requires our written permission. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, please write to us and we will review it promptly.

Material you share with us

When you send us stories, photographs or documents, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. You keep the rights to your material, and we ask for your permission before publishing it on this site or using it in the documentary film.

Film Medals

Film Medals are a symbolic way of recognising the support of our Friends of the Film, and the value of €90 per Film Medal is only a reference for expressing contributions. A Film Medal is not a currency, an investment or any other financial instrument: it gives no share in the film, its revenue or its profits, and it cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

Donations

Contributions are voluntary donations that support the production of the documentary. They are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible.

The benefits and rewards offered to Friends of the Film are a gesture of gratitude, not a purchase of goods or services.

Payments are processed by PayPal, Payway or your bank, under their own terms and conditions.

Historical information and external links

The historical and genealogical information on this site is shared in good faith and may contain errors or gaps; if you notice one, please tell us. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
